It is with great pleasure that we are welcoming you to the 17th Congress of the European Neuroendocrine Association, that will be held in Milan, October 19th-22nd 2016. The biennial ENEA Congress has become the worldwide most important international meeting devoted to Neuroendocrinology.

The programme organizing committee has created an interdisciplinary programme that covers the state-of-art research in the field of neuroendocrinology. In particular, the most recent advances on physiopathology of energy balance, fertility, stress and cognition as well as the molecular basis of development and tumorigenesis of neuroendocrine organs will be provided by plenary lectures and symposia. In accordance with the ENEA tradition, the programme will bring the latest of neuroendocrinology research, from basic and translational science to clinical implications, offering a unique opportunity for colleagues of different areas to share the latest advances in neuroendocrinology.
The compiled programme combined with oral and poster communications will create a highly interactive environment able to make and renew collaborations and friendships.
Meet the expert sessions will provide expert guidance in the proper diagnosis, management and most novel treatments of neuroendocrine disorders.

Attending the ENEA Congress 2016 will give you also the opportunity to learn more about Milan, the main industrial, commercial and financial centre of Italy and the capital of the Italian fashion and design world: an ancient and a wealthy city of glamorous people and stylish shopping streets with a particular assortment of interesting churches, buildings and monuments.
